I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in this area and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of luxury and comfort provided. The staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. They were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of my stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast each morning, which really set the tone for the day.

The staff was very nice - cute, friendly, and attentive. Impeccably clean and beautifully decorated rooms. Delicious breakfast and thoughtful recommendations for local attractions. Helpful in arranging transportation and tours. New hotel with a classy vibe, clean, and comfortable rooms.

The hotel offers great service with staff that are welcoming, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond. the rooms are spacious, clean, well-decorated, and come with all necessary amenities such as a powerful shower and an indoor pool. the hotel is conveniently located close to the bus station and the port for Halong cruises, and offers a beautiful view of Halong Bay. Breakfast is delicious, and facilities such as a coffee shop and room service are also available.
The location of the hotel is not ideal for those looking for a lot of dining and entertainment options in the immediate vicinity.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly. They assisted me in arranging an early taxi and even prepared a packed breakfast for me when I had to leave early. The facilities in the hotel were great, especially the indoor pool and coffee shop. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent. I also appreciated the hotel's location , made it easy for me to tour around this city.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Wow, the room was huge and super clean. The bathroom was beautiful and had a powerful shower. The indoor pool area was really nice and I had it all to myself. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel had a 1950s/60s vibe.
The location is not great. It's in a large strip of big new hotels but there isn't much around in terms of restaurants or entertainment.
